We are seeking a meticulous and proactive In-House Auditor to join our retail team. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all retail operations, financial records, and internal processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits of retail outlets, financial transactions, and operational processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify discrepancies, risks, or areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
  • Review inventory controls, cash handling, and point-of-sale (POS) activities.
  • Prepare clear and accurate audit reports for management.
  • Work closely with management and department heads to enhance internal controls and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in internal audit, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and integrity.
  • Able to travel to retail outlets when required.
