As an Assistant Manager, Operations & Admin, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Support Department Managers in developing and implementing business plans in collaboration with the clinical heads to ensure departmental goals and objectives are achieved.
  • Assist Department Managers in meeting assigned clinical service volume and financial targets.
  • Oversee business management functions, including annual budgeting, financial review, expenditure tracking, and ensuring cost recovery for services.
  • Conduct regular reviews with clinical and operational leads to support the development of new services and departmental workplans.
  • Manage the procurement and administration of key logistics and capital expenditures (CAPEX) in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects, adhering to budget and schedule.
  • Ensure all departmental policies and procedures are up to date and compliant.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree in any fields or equivalent.
