Join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the future of fresh food supply chain in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily customer operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for B2B or B2C clients in the fresh food sector.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and production teams to coordinate deliveries and manage inventory effectively.
  • Develop and implement operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • 3–7 years of operational experience in the fresh food industry, with a strong understanding of supply chain and customer service dynamics.
  • Experience in managing customer relationships and resolving operational issues.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality control standards.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
