Operations Executive

  • To fulfil booking requests for customers
  • To ensure customers' and drivers'/subcontractors' satisfaction by providing friendly and personalized services
  • To handle customers' and subcontractors' feedback in a timely, courteous, and accurate manner
  • To execute service recovery to customers such as complimentary replacement vehicle in the event of accident or breakdown of vehicle with passengers
  • To assist passengers with the retrieval of lost items in our vehicle
  • Possess good communication skills and astute ability to understand customers' requirements
  • To ensure records of booking requests are accurately recorded and processed
  • Responds effectively in a fast-paced work environment
  • Consolidating of reports for customers
  • Managing of counters operation and facilitate bookings (selected days)
  • Manage and lead a team of counter coordinator
  • Planning of schedule
  • Ensure counter smooth counter operations.

•    Able to work under minimal supervision
