Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Strategic Planning

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Executive to join our Strategic Planning Office. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development, articulation, and execution of comprehensive strategic business plans and initiatives that drive company growth, operational excellence, and market expansion.
• Conduct thorough and ongoing research and analysis of industry trends, competitive landscape, emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and geopolitical factors that may impact the business.
• Prepare and deliver detailed, data-driven presentations and strategic reports tailored for senior management, board members, and other key stakeholders.
• Coordinate and facilitate cross-departmental strategic projects, ensuring milestones are met, risks are managed, and deliverables adhere to the highest quality standards.
• Support the identification and assessment of new business opportunities, develop risk mitigation strategies, and create robust performance monitoring frameworks.
• Work closely with various internal teams to ensure alignment between operational activities and overarching strategic goals, promoting cohesive and agile execution.
• Contribute to the preparation of briefing documents and presentations for strategic review sessions and regular management meetings

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines is required. A Master's degree or equivalent advanced qualification is highly advantageous.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, business analysis, or related roles, ideally within aerospace, defence, aviation, or similarly complex industries.
• Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data sets, translate market intelligence into actionable strategies, and solve multifaceted problems.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated experience in presenting complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences including executive leadership and external stakeholders.
• Strong project management expertise capable of handling multiple initiatives concurrently, prioritizing tasks effectively, and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel, with familiarity in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent considered a plus.
• Self-motivated and resourceful with a proactive approach to learning, adaptability, and a commitment to driving team and organizational success.
