Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the movement and arrangement of supplies, equipment, and furniture within the centre.
  • Support staff in setting up rooms, common areas, and facilities as needed.
  • Run errands within and outside the centre (e.g., delivery of documents, purchase of small items, restocking pantry supplies).
  • Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing deliveries.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the guest relations team in daily routines and centre upkeep.
  • Report any maintenance or facility-related issues to the Operations Manager for follow-up.
  • Perform other odd jobs and tasks assigned to support the smooth running of the centre.
Requirements
  • Minimum nitec education.
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling (lifting, moving items).
  • Possess a pleasant, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
  • Able to interact politely and respectfully with staff, mothers, and families
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
  • Willingness to perform a variety of tasks, including routine and ad hoc duties.
  • Team player with a positive and helpful attitude.
