We are seeking a VP Regional Sales - APAC & ME to be based in Singapore who will be accountable for achieving sales targets, driving growth, and maintaining customer satisfaction in the region. Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales and cost targets for Commercial Shipping in APAC & ME.Implement Commercial Shipping strategy, offerings, and pricing objectives.Increase market share and drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and expanding presence in APAC & ME.Identify, engage, and secure potential new customers while strengthening relationships with existing ones.Enhance customer satisfaction for global accounts assigned to Commercial Shipping APAC & ME.Lead and participate in sales engagements to drive results.Mentor and lead teams to improve performance and foster a culture of excellence.Promote collaboration and efficient utilization of shared sales resources.Customer engagement strategies and relationship management approaches.Approve and allocate resources for APAC & ME sales initiatives. Skills & Competencies: Commercial Shipping expertise and professional network.Strong understanding of maximizing margins.Proven ability to drive sales growth and win market share in Commercial Shipping.Understanding of the APAC & ME market.
