The company's future-proof product portfolio helps businesses provide frictionless customer onboarding and verification in 4-8 seconds while staying ahead of emerging threats and evolving regulatory requirements.

We are looking for a VP of Sales who will oversee all sales operations and initiatives across APAC, including strategy development, team leadership, and execution. This role requires a results-driven leader who can develop and implement innovative sales strategies, build relationships with key clients, and continuously optimize the sales process to drive performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and drives revenue growth across APAC.
  • Build, guide and mentor a high-performing sales team. Foster a collaborative, results-oriented culture focused on continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, markets, and verticals. Drive the expansion of the company's footprint and ensure sustained revenue growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with other departments in the organization to ensure alignment and streamline sales efforts. Report regularly to the executive team on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a VP of Sales or in a senior sales leadership role, with a track record of driving significant revenue growth.
  • Strong experience in the IDV industry with deep knowledge of the market and competitive landscape.
  • Experience in working in a global organization.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse group of sales professionals.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset with a deep understanding of sales metrics, forecasting, and KPIs.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
