The VP will lead a team of Sales leaders, Channel and Direct Sales Directors, who are responsible for developing and closing new business within the assigned territory as well as building channel business to partner on new customer acquisition. This role will also be tasked with contributing to and enforcing global sales standards and practices and providing leadership in the local market. The VP will be hands on and responsible for nurturing and developing the regional sales team which will include interviewing, hiring, and developing employees to ensure they are successfully hitting all key metrics and goals for the region. **Responsibilities**: - Work with EVP Global Channel and International Sales to build the regions growth strategy plan and execution - Lead our APAC new business sales efforts - Lead in a team selling environment providing coaching and guidance to direct reports and sales teams - Assist sales directors and account managers in closing deals and pushing to get in closed deals - Assist sales directors and Channel Managers in building partner sales engagements and closing deals with partners - Develop, implement, and manage sales strategies for the region inline with our GTM strategy - Monitor and analyze team and subordinate employee statistics, key indicators and results - Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management - Serve as the head ambassador and custodian of KnowBe4 company culture for the APAC global location - Partner with Marketing to maintain high levels of market visibility and healthy lead gen activities - Partner with Sales Performance Coaches to set up coaching for regional teams who need coaching and implement strategy to improve sales performance and efficiency including drilling, daily task planning, etc. - Prioritize workload and direct the activities of Regional Sales Directors - Meet with Regional Sales Directors for Monthly Pipeline - Reviews to ensure forecast accuracy and sales goal achievement - Disciplinary and/or Coaching Actions needed to increase production - Onsite Visits with regional sales teams - Attend Company Marketing Events - Hire, promote, discipline, and terminate subordinate employees, or suggest and recommend hiring, promoting, disciplining, and terminating subordinate employees to which the Company gives significant weight **Minimum Qualifications**: - 4 year college or university degree - Minimum 5 years managing sales teams, developing sales and partner - Strategies, debugging sales statistics and sale reps - Experience with Gmail and Google Docs - Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel) - Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.) - Experience managing and or coaching/training employees - Experience in Enterprise level account sales - Ability to read/review and interpret statistics of an area - Strong verbal and written communications - Excellent time management and organization skills - Strong Sales skills - Coaching abilities **Our Fantastic Benefits** - Note: An applicant assessment and background check may be part of your hiring procedure._ No recruitment agencies, please.
