**Description**

The VP, APAC Campus Operations will be responsible for overseeing the operations and delivery of General Assembly programs (for B2C, B2G and some B2B), for setting and creating budget and inventory for their regions, and ensuring their region hits quality and revenue targets. This role will oversee all operations and local marketing teams across the APAC region - who will deliver our product across channels and modalities. The VP, Campus Operations will be involved in yearly budget setting and will be responsible for building plans to deliver our same-store revenue goals and contribution goals. They will work directly with their reports to ensure the in-person experience is unified and cohesive across all the functions they manage. Additionally, they will work with B2C sales/marketing and B2B/B2G sales to ensure we are pacing towards goals and can accommodate incoming demand.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Ensure an excellent end to end customer experience, with key performance metrics including Outcomes rates, student NPS scores, profit margin
- Manage planning, strategy, and execution of same-store sales targets and growth
- Full P&L management responsibilities for the region with close rigour around resourcing, capacity and cost management
- Direct management of Function Directors (Outcomes, Instructor Management, Marketing) and Campus Directors (or managers)
- Ensure an excellent end-to-end customer experience, with key performance metrics including outcomes rates, student NPS scores, profit margin
- Work cross functionally with sales leads for your region to ensure the overall health of the entire region (from sales to operations)
- Develop inventory plan and strategy to hit budget
- Ensure local marketing delivery on leads and conversion targets to support same-store sales growth
- Work with Academic Operations team to form centers of excellence around each function at GA - continuing to improve process, tools, and metrics for our teams
- Ensure the operations team in your region is happy, supported and well managed
- Aid in the expansion of GA throughout the APAC region, including operationalizing deals that we sign with APAC B2B and B2G partners
- Management of relationships with Singaporean government agencies providing funding to GA.
- Explore funding and partnerships with other governments in the APAC region
- Navigate the regulatory landscape and work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance **Note**: This role will be part of the Operations Leadership Team (OLT). Additionally, this role will be part of a regional leadership team including the VP, B2B/B2G and an Admissions/Marketing representative.

**Experience**:

- 8+ years regional leadership experience, scaling tech / education companies in the APAC region
- Experience managing a P&L of $20 million or more per annum
- Proven track record of leading growth and operations
- Entrepreneurial mindset and approach
- Track record of managing and coaching diverse, high-performing teams
- Knowledge and an understanding of the education business across the B2C, B2B, and B2G verticals.
- Ability to strategize and execute on multiple projects, and work effectively with a global team of colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to build strategic relationships with senior leaders in business and government, and be a thought partner on reskilling initiatives
- Excellent communicator
- Ability to be calm and maintain good judgement in fast-paced environments
