We focus on community, partnership, and brand marketing while innovating and experimenting to accelerate our growth. You will oversee the entire user life cycle, from growth to engagement and retention and target market ownership. You will build and develop user growth and marketing strategies and own the growth product roadmap. You will be part of the leadership team and will work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Data, Design, Marketing, and Sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own our growth and marketing strategy and drive user growth and retention across target markets in North America, South America, Europe, and APAC; you will develop and implement marketing strategies at a global, regional, and local level
- Lead product-led growth projects such as referrals, onboarding, and gamification
- Drive growth from marketing channels, and implement campaigns to grow and improve channel performance and ROI
- Work with our designers in improving the quality and consistency of user journeys
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data, Design, and Sales teams to develop strategies and decisions to drive performance

**Requirements**:

- Established track record in driving growth for a consumer-facing brand.
- Demonstrated aptitude in a 0 to 1 product-market fit and growth setting.
- Experience in growth marketing platforms, CRM and CMS.
- Proven ability to drive a team to results.
- Experienced in working with stakeholders in a collaborative, cross-functional, and challenging environment.
- Highly analytical with strong communication and time management skills.
- This is a full-time role, based at our Singapore office, and will require you to work hard, work fast, and work smart.
