The Role
This role is for a Growth Manager, APAC, based in Singapore.
This position is based in Singapore but is regionally focused and will see you contribute to R3’s growth in Asia Pacific, developing relationships with existing clients and new prospects.
The job scope is as follows:
- Work with VP Growth to identify new business opportunities, and support the execution of growth strategies for the region
- Source, develop and manage new business and key accounts, and drive senior level engagement with marketers and procurement teams
- Respond to RFI/RFP opportunities and facilitate the collaboration of internal stakeholders required for the response.
- Work with our marketing team to plan and execute top-of-funnel outreach and events
- In-charge of the maintenance and use of our CRM, and responsible for the tracking and upkeep of internal documents
This person will report to Melvin Ong, VP of Growth APAC, R3.
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years sales/business development (hunter) experience in a similar discipline (preferred advertising agency, marketing consultancy, research agency, media owner)
- Proven track record in hitting sales and retention targets
- Consultative sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent oral / written communication
- Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration as well as act independently
- Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
- Interest and enthusiasm for the position, company, and marketing industry
- HubSpot CRM experience is a plus
