IT Helpdesk

**Responsibilities**
- Plan, set up and commission of Windows and Linux servers, workstations, network switches, routers, firewalls and other IT infrastructure;
- Perform routine maintenance and administration on servers, workstations and network infrastructure;
- Provide mainly level 1&2 on-site and remote technical support to end-users;
- Perform first level troubleshooting on network related issues and escalate to higher-level network support on resolution where required;
- Administrating and managing local account distribution;
- IT Inventory management of hardware and software;
- Provide support to counterparts from other offices.
**Requirements**:
- Independent and self-motivated.
- Organized and has good follow-up skills.
- Good written and spoken communication skills for English and Mandarin; (to handle Mandarin speaking customers’ technical enquires & conduct troubleshooting based on customers’ feedback).
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work as part of team.
- Demonstrate initiative and is customer-service oriented.
- Has a good understanding of Windows Server, Office 365, Windows Operating System, networking and computer hardware.
- Microsoft, Cisco or other relevant certification and/or experience considered a plus.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer-Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
