Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Technician to join our team. Key responsibilities include processing laptop replacement queues, being the first point of contact within Global Service Desk (GSD) support channels, responding to common technical difficulties, monitoring and actioning ITHELP Jira queues, and adhering to standard escalation processes for IT tickets.
Our ideal candidate has strong understanding of Apple operating systems, software applications, and network systems. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential, as well as a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
The right individual will be able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, with a strong ability to communicate and write proficiently in a corporate setting.
Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and helpdesk software is a plus.
