We are seeking a highly skilled Client-Focused IT Expert to join our team at Virtual IT Group (VITG). As a Client-Focused IT Expert, you will provide technical support to our clients, working closely with the IT Support Team Lead/Service Delivery Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and helpdesk system (ConnectWise).
- Assist with software installations, updates, and troubleshooting complex technical issues within a Windows environment.
- Log and categorize service requests through the helpdesk system.
- Respond to and resolve phone and email tickets in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience supporting Microsoft Office and Windows Infrastructure environments.
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills, with hands-on experience with setup and troubleshooting of computer hardware and peripherals.
- Relevant technical training, certifications, and education, including Service Management certifications (e.g. ITIL).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
