**JOB SUMMARY**:
The key objective of this role and position is to perform by meeting and achieving the sales and business goals of Graphisoft in Singapore. The Senior Sales Manager, Sales - Singapore must be highly motivated and experienced software sales professional, who represents Graphisoft as a business and a brand. This “business-to-business” sales professional should be able to generate leads, prospect target accounts for new business, develop existing customers as well as establish and work with channel partners in countries in his territory of operation.
The Senior Sales Manager - Singapore must be comfortable with selling technical software solutions to all stakeholders in the AEC industry, from design, through construction to owners of the property development projects. This position is a “solutions-oriented” position that uses consultative sales techniques, training and tools to provide the Senior Sales Manager, Sales - Singapore with every opportunity to succeed. The incumbent is expected to carry out his tasks in alignment to the company’s direction and to demonstrate the value of Graphisoft solutions and products to customers.
**MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
General Overview
- In close cooperation with the Managing Director - Singapore and/or other relevant members of the Team, analyse the specific customer needs and requirements, then mutually develop appropriate value propositions and customer development plans;
- Organise, coordinate and execute pre
- and post-sales technical support, training and BIM implementation consultancy activities with the pre-sales function of Graphisoft in Singapore and/or required elsewhere;
- Manage key customer relationship through all phases of the sales cycle;
- Exceed quarterly KPIs;
- Assist in marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities;
- Stay current and updated with latest developments in technology, industry practices, marketplace and competitor activities;
- Undertakes ad-hoc duties/projects when requested.
Sales and Business Development
- Deliver customer presentations, conduct sales meetings attend and/or present on relevant conferences;
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities;
- Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships
- Develop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads in our CRM system;
- Analyse market trends and accordingly develop marketing, business development and sales plans to increase brand awareness;
- Keep contact with, manage, train and develop Graphisoft business partners and key accounts in respect of Graphisoft product and solutions related matters, issues and programmes;
Post-Sales
- Manage key customer-related issues - sales, pricing and process improvement matters in a timely manner;
- Responsible for tracking key customer information, forecasts and reports;
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum Diploma (or equivalent work experience) in business, marketing and sales or related field of study
- Able to demonstrate sales record (5-8 years) at a high level of achievement
- Solutions-selling experience in any one or all of the following areas in the AEC industry of Singapore or in the Southeast Asia region: hardware, software, services or other technical product
- Having strong Southeast Asia AEC contacts especially with architectural, interior design, project management consultancy and/or construction firms and companies (preferably at the main contractor level) would be an added advantage
- A self-starter with strong analytical, presentation skills and possess the professional ability to interact with any level within an organization
- Ability to self-motivate, multi-task and work independently or within a team
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
