**Key Responsibilities**

Individual to be involved in:
1. Overses event operations

2. Calling for Entires

3. Recruiting international judges

4. Set Up Online judging

5. Response to event's issues

6. Serve as main point for all required awards assets

7. Create best practices, templates for nomination letters, and other supporting materials

8. Any Adhoc given by Management

**Technical Skills & Competencies**

1. Ability to work independently, coordinating, and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.

2. Ability of close attention to detail, professionalism and a team-oriented approach and be able to handle sensitive and confidential information.

3. Manage deadline-oriented logístical planning and execution is necessary record keeping
