HR Executive

As a member of the Group Human Resource, the incumbent will administer and support the portfolio of Group Recognition Awards. The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring that recognition awards are aligned to the overall organizational objectives and direction, and that staff are recognized adequately for their contributions at organizational, group and national levels.
- Administer and execute the management of the annual recognition awards including collating awards nomination, performing preliminary review and assessment of incoming nominations, preparing for awards review panel meetings.
- Keep abreast of changes in national level recognition awards, liaise with Ministries, other clusters, institutions and relevant partners to ensure that change and information are cascaded in an effective and timely manner.
- Support the organizing of the annual company in house awards ceremony.
- Review and streamline awards nomination and administration processes for improved efficiency continuously.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects relating to Group Scholarships and Awards and Human Resource as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor Degree in a Business Administration or Human Resources related discipline.
- Preferably 1 - 3 years of experience in a HR generalist or HR development related role.
- Prior experience in handling scholarships and awards portfolio is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong in project management, planning and prioritization in a fast paced environment
- Meticulous and attentive to details.
- Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment
