
HR Operations Executive

**Responsibilities**:
Manage end-to-end talent management responsibilities, including onboarding and offboarding processes
Provide support in recruitment activities such as job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
Assist in processing payroll and managing employee benefits and compensation programs
Maintain employee files and records, including updating employee information, attendance records, and leave management
Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and coordinate corporate events
Address employee grievances and provide support to line managers in resolving employee relations issues
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies and procedures
**Requirements**:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields
At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR operations or generalist roles
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in MS Office and experience using HRIS and payroll systems
Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations
