- Working as part of Sample Production team to meet daily production targets, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain quality standards according to industry regulations and best practices.
- Monitor and control the inventory of oils in the fragrance sample compactor, including managing movements, updating inventory records, arranging oils, and disposing of expired ones.
- Generate monthly reports on expired oils for review by the Fragrance Library Manager.
- Handle sample requests in the PACE system, coordinate with dispatch service providers for sample deliveries, and update the oil sample inventory.
- Coordinate with the Sample Library and Production Team for repacking samples when available, or generate sample requests and release process orders in the SAP system.
- Collaborate with the Creation Department for formula access, reference samples, and raw material requests for new wins or first productions.
- Follow up with QC and dispatch service providers to ensure timely delivery of samples to customers or requesters.
- Oversee fragrance production using the Fricke automated dosing machine and take the lead on assigned process improvement projects under the guidance of the Manufacturing Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Degree, preferably in engineering, chemistry, Supply Chain management or inventory management.
- No experience required, Training provided,
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good leadership skills and good inter-personal skills.
