We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Clinical Sample Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for the receipt, processing, and storage of clinical samples.
Job DescriptionThe Clinical Sample Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sample management process. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and processing daily shipments of samples and materials
- Conducting quality checks on controlled forms and documents
- Barcoding and labeling specimens, and transporting them to the laboratory for analysis
- Preparing sample shipments according to protocol specifications
- Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all sample-related activities
- Maintaining accurate records and reports of sample storage and shipment
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Basic working knowledge of computers and software applications
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
