The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. - Identifying areas of growth, developing and executing initiatives to drive enhanced performance and commercial impact
- Liaising closely with local market commercial teams and regional stakeholders, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to address the key issues and develop actionable solutions
- Understanding marketing, business development and other commercial key objectives and critical success levers and continuously optimizing strategies, designs, reporting and planning processes
- Working tactfully to inspire faster adoption of planning and execution best practices as a result of the project outcomes
- The role may specialize in one of these domain areas: Campaigns and Programs, Costs Optimisation, User Acquisition & Retention, Product Marketing, Promotions, Seller Marketing, Brands and Seller management

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
- 0-3 years of experience in a high-performing organization or as a management consultant. Previous experience in internet/e-commerce marketing, retail, or FMCG marketing is a plus
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams from diverse markets and backgrounds
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and thrive in a diverse and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in complex project management.
- Fluency in English is required, an additional Southeast Asian language (optional) is beneficial for effective communication with regional market stakeholders
