Senior Commercial Strategy Manager

Lead a team of consultants and first-line managers in commercial consulting, providing strategic guidance on project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee large and complex customer engagements to deliver high-quality results and meet customer expectations.
- Develop and oversee the practice area's analytics methodologies and best practices, ensuring they are innovative and tailored to meet complex commercial needs.
Key responsibilities include driving business growth, managing key customer relationships, and providing strategic leadership to the consulting team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial consulting, with experience in leading teams and developing strategic plans. They will be able to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights to drive business growth.
Key qualifications for this role include:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as business management.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in lifesciences, with a focus on commercial & GTM strategy, R&D portfolio evaluation, pricing & market access, and market opportunity assessments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in Mandarin is preferred, especially for communicating with clients in mainland China.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Representing the organization at industry events and conferences to enhance the firm's reputation and build industry connections.
- Mentoring and coaching managers and consultants to promote professional growth, excellence, and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborating with senior leadership on strategic planning and resource allocation to align team efforts with broader goals.
