**Job Summary:
All coaches are responsible for the overall development and advancement of a competitive Esports program while demonstrating high moral and ethical standards and positive sportsmanship.

To focus on the development of the Esports program and recognise and emphasise academic excellence in the classroom as well.

The coach must meet the team needs and enforce rules of conduct, and governing rules and regulations.

**Primary Duties:
To recruit student athletes, holding tryouts, and planning the player roster

To schedule and attend matches, providing pre and post-match data analysis and performance matrices

To have in depth knowledge, especially tournament rules of Esports games, including of: PUBG Mobile, Arena of Valor, FIFA Online 4, Call of Duty Mobile, and League of Legends: Wild Rift.

The Coach is also responsible for the instruction of players, individually and in groups, regarding the rules, regulations, and technology of the sport.

To develop both the mental well-being and skills of the players.

To manage and maintain all hardware, software and other equipment.

To schedule, organise, supervise, and conduct all practice sessions at the campus/arena.

To work with Managers to arrange campus visits for prospective student athletes.

To create and maintain social media channels with the community managers & talents to share information about team, players and matches.

To promote the academic success of student-athletes which includes monitoring the academic performance of team members to ensure eligibility requirements are met; and encourages student athletes maintain a high academic standard.

**Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Strong knowledge of Esports across multiple platforms

Experience participating and competing in Esports

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, planning and leadership skills

Serve as a positive role model for young adults.

Familiarity with Esports rules and regulations is a plus.
