**Job Summary**:
Reports directly to the Coaches & Managers

To work closely with the coach and managers to determine specific mistakes made by players by closely observing game replays

To analyse the statistics of the team’s performance relative to the competition

To generate player’s statistical performance frame-by-frame during game replay, including data such as KDA, win/loss ratio, headshots, healing, distance-driven and any other game-specific data

To communicate findings in a clear and concise method to assist coaches and players in rectifying mistakes, subsequently improving skills and techniques

**Primary Duties**:
To identify trends and common mistakes that are holding back the team’s ability to perform at the highest level

To watch through game replays to determine mistakes, whereas in reaction speed games like PUBG Mobile frame-by-frame analysis may be required

To generate and analyse the game’s internal statistics and trends for meaningful data in comparison to the competitors

To generate statistics using proprietary or 3rd party solutions

To communicate new trends to the coaches and players, including but not limited to new metas or strategies that are used by the competition in a clear & concise method.

To create custom presentations and reports to create an efficient ancillary coaching team

To provide insights on strengths and weaknesses of the opposing team pre-match

To oversee technical scrim preparation: making lobby, setting up any POV or directed camera streams/recordings

**Requirements**:
Highly driven and ability to work under pressure

Adept at working with numbers and generating/parsing data

Excellence in visual representation to present data-driven results in a graphical manner

1 year experience in data-analysis preferred

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
