Job Title: Financial Governance and Risk Specialist

  • Support ad-hoc tasks and projects related to fraud investigations, OpCo process recovery, and governance initiatives.\\
  • Function as the central person for supporting OpCos on governance needs and initiatives.\\
  • Coach and improve knowledge and skills of OpCo management in internal controls and governance.\\
  • Ensure adherence to trade compliance regulations through review of operations and customer onboarding processes.\\
  • Support Project Zennith to build appropriate controls into ERP systems.\\
  • Work closely with the Head of Finance, APAC to establish best practices in meeting financial controls and compliance objectives.\\
  • Be a key part of developing and implementing a structured governance way of working.\\
  • Develop and implement a toolkit and guidance materials for internal controls policies and procedures.\\
