**Job Summary**:

- Reports Directly to the Esports Director.
- To manage the various coaches, players, and team, whilst assisting with talent acquisition and recruitment.
- To ensure that all sponsorship deliverables are fulfilled, and to work and nurture relationships with stakeholders and potential sponsors.
- Create an action plan by identifying target games and tournaments to compete in.
- Primary Duties:

- Perform market research to identify talents, acquisitions, and recruitment.
- Assist the ESports director in recruitment and onboarding of new talents.
- Assist the coaches and players with research on games and talents in the market.
- To advise on and develop new strategies on existing and new games with coaches and players.
- To leverage on data and key findings to further develop and execute strategies in existing and new games.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from reputable universities
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Esports field
- Experience in regional markets a plus (Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam)
- Detail-oriented and meticulous

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
