ONE Esports also owns oneesports.gg, a top global esports site that reaches millions of visitors each month, and delivers to its community the latest esports news, reviews, features, how-to guides, and in-depth stories on esports athletes, teams, and fans.

We are looking for a Public Relations Manager to help build, manage, and grow ONE Esports’ brand image and reputation globally. We want a superstar who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment, who has the desire to be part of something great. As a confident self-starter and great storyteller, you will be critical to helping journalists and other key stakeholders understand the ONE Esports’ mission and its impact on the global esports community.

You will report directly to the CEO, ONE Esports.

**Responsibilities**
- You will work closely with the ONE Esports CEO to oversee communications efforts globally, with a focus on the SEA region
- Drive all PR activities including proactive media outreach, media interviews, company announcements, award nominations, and securing speaking engagements for ONE Esports’ spokespeople
- Manage ONE Esports’ entire press office and develop full range of press materials including press releases, by-lined articles, media statements, and briefing documents, for ONE Esports’ spokespeople
- Manage ONE Esports LinkedIn page
- Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets and journalists worldwide and act as a point of contact for all press inquiries
- Keep track of media outcomes and respective measurements
- Prepare quarterly competitor analysis reports using media intelligence tools
- Collaborate regularly with various internal stakeholders (including marketing, commercial, and A&I teams) to strategize on messaging and mould the public image of ONE Esports
- Oversees and provides support for media tours, trade shows, gaming tournaments, gaming events and other event-based activities

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4-6 years of PR experience in an agency or in-house role, preferably in esports, traditional sports, and/or media sectors
- Have a passion for video games
- Keen understanding of media and the news cycle with proven success achieving coverage across different media segments
- Highly motivated and self-directed individual with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Passionate and a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Strong storytelling abilities to capture consumer, corporate, and B2B audiences
- Demonstrate superior business communication skills
- Proficient in English with great writing, editing, and proof-reading skills
- Crisis and issues management experience would be a bonus
