Based in Singapore, you will join an internationally and culturally diverse team of professionals that share our goal of reinforcing and building on MOONTON Esports market position and growth. As a Senior Esports Business Development Manager, you will involved in projects that harness Moonton Esports efforts to engage players across all regions.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with our partners building up the esports eco-system across all regions and identifying new business opportunities, especially in the developing market;
- Maintain strong relationships with partners and liaise with the legal/finance department to craft working agreements to manage joint projects;
- Work closely with our cross-regional esports team throughout the project development phase and work flow management;
- Take a lead role in development of proposals and presentations for new business opportunities and partnership;
- Articulate and follow up with partners’ business needs and strategies by providing insights and data analysis to internal and external stakeholders;
**Required Qualifications**
- 5+ years of market related work experience. Experience in games, esports, traditional sports or business related role is preferred;
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and project management capabilities;
- Proven experience in partnerships and/or business development in gaming, esports, sports, content distribution, and/or live entertainment;
- Significant contract negotiation and management experience in a wide variety of regional, international and local deal structures;
- Detail-oriented, self-starter that always ready to take on challenges in a fast paced environment;
- Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing, to liaise with HQ colleagues.
- Have good communication and teamwork skills;
**Good To Have**:
Passion for gaming, esports, technology and entertainment verticals;
Experience in international companies and overseas market (SEA) business;
Experience in handling government relationships.
