**Responsibilities**:

- Discover and source new talent for company initiatives or recruitment efforts
- Research and provide talent suggestions from hosts to esports athletes to digital influencers and other experts to support objectives
- Assist production by identifying talent, content themes, locations, trends, and popular gaming events to produce the featured content
- Draft/ negotiate talent contracts, coordinating with team members, talent representation and brands
- Have strong and applicable interest in pop culture and knowledge of the esports/gaming landscape across all categories
- Facilitate and coordinate various detail-oriented talent needs; prioritize and manage high volume of work
- Establish long-term/ trusted relationships with talents/ influencers/ agencies.
- Support talents/ influencers/ agencies to improve their content performance and reputation.
- Ongoing review of talent process and practices with an eye toward enhancing profitability and improving effectiveness
- Ensure that the team is hitting monthly goals, and be proactive when goals are in jeopardy by strategizing and implementing solutions

Job Reruirements:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Talent Development and Management
- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a wide range of personality types
- Must be commercially astute and able to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Established, strong relationships within the influencer industry
- Ability to work collaboratively on cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to identify relevant influencers and conduct effective outreach
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail
