**What to expect of the KAM role**:
As a hungry and eager business development professional, you will join our outstanding Singapore team. You will be a part of winning business & building our company. You will find success through collaboration with colleagues, listening, keeping an open mind, and respecting what our clients and their target talent have to say.

**Your tasks will include**:

- Identifying and securing new business opportunities by engaging with new and existing clients.
- Achieving targets is a key performance indicator for this role, most of your time will be spent on lead identification, presenting and pitching to clients, creating compelling proposals, and negotiating terms.
- You’ll work closely with HR leaders and C-level executives around the APAC region to help them implement solutions that enable them to stand out as an employer, and hire & retain the best talent.
- Building and managing an active account pipeline through strong, long-lasting relationships with multiple clients - accelerating sales cycles to grow in-region business

**Qualifications**:
**What we would like to see from you**:
A driven and self-motivated business development professional, you’ll have a demonstrable history of delivering against targets for new business & existing account development. Experience in new-solutions selling and selling HR/Talent solutions is a strong advantage.
- You love sales, connecting with people and have an infectiously positive attitude.
- A curious and self-motivated mind set. You’re someone who wants to solve problems and define your own career path.
- Experience working around the APAC region.
- Fluent in English with other regional languages a big advantage.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and environments.
- A university degree (or equivalent)
- preferably in business or any field relatable to employer branding.
