Project Sales Manager

As the project sales manager, you will be responsible for securing and driving projects for products such as LED, CCTV and EV charging. You should have strong project management and risk mitigation capabilities, with prior experience in related projects from kick-off to completion.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales target
- Identify and secure new project opportunities
- Build rapport and maintain good working relationship with new and existing clients.
- Establish and develop a sales team, coach and monitor their performance to ensure achievement of set targets
- Prepare and present sales and profitability forecasts and reports to stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates on project progress to client and key stakeholders throughout project lifecycle
- Manage the project deployment and progress
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and liabilities of projects
**Qualifications**
- A bachelor's degree in electrical/ electronic engineering, project management or related discipline
- At least 3 years of sales and project management experience
- Excellent leadership, mentoring and coaching skills.
- Good communication skills and able to communicate effectively with clients, project team, and supplier
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Possess strong critical thinking skills, able to excel in a fast-paced environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
