**Position Summary**:
As an Events Management Intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting our events management team in organizing and executing successful events. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing you with the opportunity to develop valuable skills in event planning, customer service, and project coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Inquiries and Quotations**
- Handle customer inquiries and requests for event services and products.
- Prepare and provide accurate and timely quotations to clients.
- Maintain a professional and friendly communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.

**Supplier Coordination**
- Collaborate with suppliers to source event materials and products.
- Ensure the timely procurement of required supplies and materials.
- Negotiate and maintain relationships with suppliers to optimize cost-effectiveness.

**Liaising with Designers**
- Work closely with in-house or external designers to create event concepts and materials.
- Communicate design requirements and ensure that designs meet client expectations.

**Approval and Production**
- Seek client approval on event concepts, designs, and quotations.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely execution of approved designs and concepts.

**Post-Sales Support**
- Provide post-sales support by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure client satisfaction and address any post-event issues promptly.

**Event Side Support**
- Assist in the on-site coordination and support during events.
- Collaborate with the events management team to ensure the smooth execution of events.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $600.00 - $1,000.00 per month
