We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our client and help coordinate on-site and virtual workplace health promotion programs and events. **Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute engaging workplace health promotion programs that will have everyone buzzing with excitement, whether they're in the office or joining virtually.
- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure the successful implementation of our creative and innovative health promotion initiatives.
- Be the liaison and champion of workplace health activities, spreading the word to landlords, employers, and external stakeholders. We want to increase community engagement and make wellness a priority
- Get your creative juices flowing by planning captivating health talks and interactive health sessions.
- Let your imagination run wild as you create engaging content for festive and thematic activities that will have everyone eagerly participating.
- Keep track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure delivery of key project outcomes.
- Generate monthly report for stakeholders.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution. If you have a health-related degree, that's a plus and will give you an extra advantage
- At least two to three years of relevant working experience, demonstrating your expertise and passion for promoting workplace wellness.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders and make things happen.
- Able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player when needed.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
