- Working Location: Ubi
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the full spectrum of Accounts Payable/Receivable duties, including invoicing, collection, payments, and reconciliation.
- Ensure that all receipts, payments, and reminders are processed timely and accurately.
- Perform expense comparisons and analysis to monitor and control company expenditures.
- Manage petty cash and staff claims, ensuring proper documentation and timely disbursements.
- Liaise with finance companies and external parties on financial agreements and transactions.
- Conduct regular cash flow analysis to ensure ample liquidity and financial health of the company.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports and month-end financial reports to management.
- Manage the inventory of company assets and stock, ensuring proper tracking and valuation.
- Conduct annual stock checks and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy.
- Liaise with auditors and statutory boards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support audit processes and ensure timely submission of necessary documentation.
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties as required by management, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to business needs.

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Accounting or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance with statutory regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software systems, with **AUTOCount** experience being a bonus.
