**Requirements**:
- Advance Diploma/ Degree in Accounting or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of related experience;
- Preferably experience in construction contract accounting;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Preferably experience with SQL or IFCA accounting software.Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of accounting functions (AR, AP, GL & Reconciliation).
- Responsible for cash management including collection, vendor payments, petty cash payments, staff claims reimbursement and all other receipts and outgoing disbursement.
- To handle full set of accounts including preparation schedules for all Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet items.
- To timely closing and submission of monthly financial accounts and other financial related reports as required to the management.
- To fully handle annual audit, Corporate Tax, GST, Withholding Tax and other applicable taxes including filing of returns and liaising to IRAS.
- To prepare and ensure timely submission of all statutory reports for the company in accordance to the requirements and meet the payment deadline to the authorities.
- Responsible for all human resource activities including recruitment, payroll, statutory contributions, training, performance review, staff insurance and etc.
- To liaise and coordinate with Company Secretary/auditor/tax agent/banks/government agencies and other external parties for operations and reporting matters.
- Any other duties assigned by General Manager & HQ Financial Controller.
Diploma/ Advance Diploma
Minimum of 2 year(s) experience needed for this position
