Yishun, Singapore Villa Francis Home for the Aged Full time

Duties:

- Assist in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivables processes. (eg. enter supplier invoices into accounting software, reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balance).
- Assist in processing staff claims, eg. medical/dental, etc.
- Assist in procurement of good and services. Prepare/issue PR/PO. Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Assist with fixed assets management (track and monitor fixed assets)
- Assist in preparing letters to residents/family, vendors, etc
- Assist in collection and receipting monthly programme fees and cash donations, when necessary
- Assist in filing of financial documents.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum LCCI Accounting
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- Meticulous, accountable and a good team player
- Able to work independently
- Strong attention to details with high level of accuracy
- Work schedule: Mon to Fri 9am to 5:30pm and alternate Sat 9am to 1:00pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
