**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop & implement a comprehensive eCommerce strategy to drive online sales and customer engagement.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the company’s eCommerce platform (Shopify & App), including product listings, pricing & promotions, and store decorations.
- Plan & execute new product launches and marketing campaigns across all eCommerce channels with Digital Marketer.
- Analyse and report key KPIs across all eCommerce channels & identify trends for opportunities.
- Implement branding strategies across eCommerce channels, such as web design, and content.
- Work with eCommerce Fulfilment Admin on inventory management to ensure a seamless fulfillment operation.
- Monitor and resolve operational matters to ensure smooth customer experiences.
- Ability to research and keep up to date on industry trends and best practices in eCommerce, incorporating new technologies & strategies.

**Job Requirements**
- Above 2 years of experience in the eCommerce industry.
- Proficient with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Lazada, WordPress (Optional)
- Passionate about eCommerce & the opportunities it brings to drive traffic & sales.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders. and to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- An achiever, motivated by breaking new grounds and creating a business from scratch.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good communication skills, both written & verbal fluency in English.

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,800.00 per month

**Experience**:

- E-commerce: 1 year (preferred)
