Location: Central

**Responsibilities**
- Central point of contact with company relationship managers and senior representatives
- Lead for the company Support function
- Working with our investment teams, dealing, transitions and other departments in establishing longer term system capability requirements and priorities
- Working with heads of investment and dealing to set up parameters for over sighting the online platform and usage to drive efficiencies and system accountability
- Running periodic reviews of our company system usage as part of the overall investment lifecycle
- Enabling regular insights and preparing management information on system usage
- Working with our compliance colleagues to ensure policies and practices adhere to regulatory requirements
- Driving new change initiatives relating to the platform

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience and knowledge of data analytical tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
