**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Be a member of the Legacy Franchises, Office of the CEO in effectively and efficiently managing key stakeholders, day-to-day operations and strategic projects.
- Take ownership of relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring stakeholder priorities are effectively met and balanced with the overall strategic and execution priorities of Citi and the CEO. Build relationships across businesses and key partner organizations to help drive agenda and ensure flow of internal discussions / communications.
- Participate in the operating rhythms and routines for Legacy Franchises, office of the CEO, inclusive of weekly, monthly and quarterly routines with clear objectives and governance structures with key stakeholders
- Work across geographies, businesses, functions and legal entities at varying levels across the firm to bridge organizations together.
- Develop presentations & materials as required - synthesizing / summarizing information from across business to provide critical information to executives. Leverage data to create actionable insights that drive decision making and communicate the story clearly and concisely
- Support the organization and management of the Legacy Franchises, CEO’s Office, such as correspondences and tracking agendas and progress against project plans
- Maintain a high level of integrity when working with complex and confidential information
- Manage miscellaneous matters, including maintaining Legacy Franchises, Office of the CEO informational documents, tracking meetings and metrics
**Key Qualifications**
- Education & experience: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, finance or related field. 6+ years of experience preferred in a complex, matrixed organization.
- An “entrepreneurial” mindset: Success in this role requires high intellectual curiosity and the ability to identify and bring on partners to complete a given task. This requires a high degree of drive, self-motivation, persistence, and working business knowledge. Willingness to "roll up sleeves" and a strong work ethic are key to success.
- Ability to working under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment. Special project work is often time-sensitive. A strong work ethic and the ability to identify project goals and resources required to meet them quickly, while maintaining consistency in results is key.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills, with ability to build effective, collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization
- Exceptional ability to work in a team environment, supporting and focusing on the collective success of the Office. It will be important to have a positive attitude and willingness/ability to pick up work quickly when/where needed.
- A high degree of professionalism, self-awareness and partnership. The Coordinator attends meetings and interacts with senior management on a daily basis. It is important to be able to demonstrate partnership skills to drive consensus among stakeholders who may have different interests.
