**This role is responsible for ensuring effective governance and oversight across the 6 program groups for Legacy Franchise (LF) and Citi Holdings (CH), provide thought leadership and solutions to complex interdependencies between programs groups, bringing structure to sometimes ambiguous actions/plans and bring practical interim resolution along with providing transparency to senior Citi stakeholders and is a dedicated role working on the OCC and FRB Consent Orders for Citi globally.**:
