Underscoring our commitment to Client Centricity, the individual will support Citi Commercial Bank’s Client Delivery Roadmap in Singapore. The individual will provide support in devising, managing, and executing projects to deliver meaningful change across all touchpoints in the client journey.

**DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The team drives focus on high-priority, high-impact issues to roll out initiatives which will add value to the SG franchise by effectively supporting business growth.
- Provides support in devising, executing and delivering strategies to improve client delivery across the Electronic Banking and Client Services verticals
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to improve operational processes & experience through partnerships with stakeholders
- Sharing feedback from clients and internal partners, offering insights and contribute in delivering best-in-class service & customer satisfaction
- Effectively manage and work on day-to-day actionable items e.g., customer enquiries/escalations and follow up actions
- Ensure deliverables meet service level requirement. Propose and implement action plan when required.
- Provide timely status updates to relevant parties
- Ensure processes and records are updated according to internal and external requirements

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Organized, attention to detail and adaptable. You will face new challenges on a daily basis, and we are looking for someone with the drive to work through and adapt to changes.
