About The Role

We are seeking a passionate, customer-centric and results-oriented Digital Marketing Consultant with a strong focus on helping businesses improve online brand presence & digital marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, coupled with a creative and strategic mindset to help our clients build, enhance, and maintain their brand identity in the competitive digital landscape.

Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development:

• Conduct brand & digital audits and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their brand vision, mission, and values.
• Develop comprehensive brand strategies that align with business goals, ensuring consistency across all digital marketing channels.

Digital Marketing Strategy:

• Assess clients' current digital marketing strategies and suggest improvements accordingly.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing Analysts to design and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Develop a deep understanding of digital marketing channels ie. websites & social media, SEO/SEM, social media paid advertising, email marketing, video marketing etc.
• Utilise analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation.

Client Engagement:

• Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing strategic advice and guidance on brand positioning and digital marketing initiatives.
• Lead client presentations and workshops to communicate brand strategy and marketing plans effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Business development
• Work with the Lead Consultant to design winning digital solutions for potential clients.

Content Creation and Management:

• Oversee the development of compelling content that resonates with target audiences and reinforces brand messaging.
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality digital assets.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand strategy and is optimised for SEO and user engagement.

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics (majoring in Marketing), or any other relevant discipline.
• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in a creative agency, executing and managing paid social media, search, or branding campaigns in B2B or B2C industries. Experience in designing digital marketing strategies is also preferred.
• Singaporeans or Singapore PRs are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in B2B or B2C marketing, planning and customer engagement is preferred.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills, preferably the ability to develop and deliver consulting presentations. Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Digital marketing experience across LinkedIn, Facebook, Google and YouTube platforms.
• Outstanding critical & problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills.
• Excellent project management and customer experience skillset.
• Strong passion for working in a startup & innovative business environment.
• Strong team player, open-minded, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
