**Role Overview**

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief of Staff to work closely with our Cofounder and CPO. The Chief of Staff will play a key role in product management, ensuring alignment between product development and strategic business objectives. This role is critical in helping to shape the company's vision, streamline processes, and foster a high-performance culture.

**What You Can Expect To Work On**
- Strategic Support: Work with our CPO and executive team to develop and execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Product Management: Partner with product teams to define product vision and strategy, ensuring that product development aligns with market needs and company objectives.
- Project Management: Oversee key projects and initiatives across various departments, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic priorities.
- Operational Excellence: Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient operational practices to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, managing relationships and communications.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and ensure that the company remains at the cutting edge of Web3 innovations.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the executive team, providing support where needed to drive company initiatives forward.

**Requirements**:
**What You Need to Succeed**
- 5+ years of experience, preferably within the tech or Web3 industry.
- Proven track record in product management and project management.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
