Human Resource Asst

Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement recruitment and onboarding processes
- Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts and other related documents
- Assist with payroll, benefits, and compensation administration
- Maintain employee databases and files
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR and administrative policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
- Prepare and submit reports related to Human Resources and Administration activities
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirement
- Min. 1 year of working experience in general administration
- Min. GCE N Levels or O Levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Able to start work within short notice
