**Working hours**:8.30 AM to 6 PM (Mon - Thurs) and 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM (Friday)
**Location**:Kent Ridge Vicinity
**Remuneration Package**:Up to $4100.00/Reporting to the Head, ** ICT Academy, the incumbent shall be responsible for outreach and administrative matters, ranging from organising meetings, reporting preparation, to company engagement.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Outreach Activities
- Initiate and conduct outreach activities, as well as manage both the relationship and implementation of organisations’ manpower re-deployment plans; organisations include MNCs, Large Local Enterprises (LLEs), SMEs, members of Trade Associations & Chambers (TACs) and Unions. Grow a strong network of organisations as key employers and industry partners.

Partnership
- Collaborate with relevant partners and government agencies to actively promote career opportunities and help PMETs in identifying personal goals, reskilling and career planning. Collaborate with the various Institutions of Higher Learning, Training Providers and NUS Academic Units in providing suitable courses for the placement-oriented programmes, seeking government funding support and engaging in employer outreach activities, based on strategic priorities.

Publicity
- Work with the Marketing team in creating marketing materials and tools to conduct outreach activities.
- Market and generate awareness of ** programmes and placement-oriented programmes to both organisations and individuals. Assist to promote re-employment programmes (e.g. CCP, SCTP) to organisations such as MNCs, Large Local Enterprises (LLEs), SMEs, members of Trade Associations & Chambers (TACs) and Unions.

Administration
- Assist in secretariat functions of ** ICT Academy.
- Generate and prepare reports for updates and decision-making.
- Coordinate all administrative matters for the ** ICT Academy.
- Liaise with HR, Finance and other corporate services representatives.
- Maintain and upkeep databases related to the Academy.
- Compile and analyse statistics for submission to Government agencies.
**Academic & Professional Certification**
- At least a good bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputable university.
- Knowledge of Power Bl would be an added advantage
**Experience & Attributes**
- At least 3 years’ relevant work experience in providing office administration and secretariat support.
- People-oriented with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous, self-driven, able to work independently and as a team.
