About the Role

The Executive (Recruitment) is responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies and publicity initiatives to attract suitable candidates.

You will plan and execute recruitment outreach programmes, career fairs, and recruitment activities in school campuses.

This includes developing compelling marketing materials, coordinating with educational institutions for recruitment talks, and building strategic partnerships for outreach initiatives.

You will also analyse recruitment trends and metrics to optimise outreach efforts, develop targeted campaigns for different segments, and work closely with the Communications Team to maintain consistent branding.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of recruitment events and programmes.

This encompasses maintaining relationships with internal divisions, working with external vendors, coordinating joint recruitment initiatives with other uniformed services, and engaging current officers.

You will also track and report on outreach effectiveness, maintain a database of potential candidates, and handle administrative duties related to recruitment activities.


Key Responsibilities:
