Senior Manager/Director of Corporate Outreach

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our organization as a Senior Manager/Assistant Director, responsible for driving corporate outreach and overseeing course management within the MBA curriculum.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with industry partners, collaborating with faculty and internal stakeholders, and ensuring that both courses and experiential initiatives provide high-quality, relevant, and career-enhancing learning experiences that align with the MBA program's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective strategies for corporate outreach, MBA consulting projects, and course management.
  • Project Management: Manage the lifecycle of MBA consulting projects from sourcing to completion, including defining project scope, deliverables, and expectations with companies.
  • Course Development: Develop and manage end-to-end experiential learning course management, including course planning and offerings, student enrollment, and grading.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. You will also need to be comfortable engaging with senior executives, faculty, and a diverse student body.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: From a recognized university.
  • Professional Experience: At least 5 years' experience in outreach, business development, or a related field.
  • Corporate Engagement: Strong track record in corporate engagement and relationship management.
  • Education: Experience in education, training needs analysis, or experiential learning is preferred.
