The Education & Community Outreach (ECO) is a division under the National Heritage Board (NHB) that promotes the awareness of and engagement with heritage. We strive to spark an interest in and encourage greater exploration and ownership of Singapore’s heritage amongst Singaporeans.

As part of the Outreach team, you will be involved in the development of NHB’s outreach projects such as community galleries, heritage trails, street corner heritage galleries and travelling exhibitions. If you have what it takes to be part of the team that develops, implements, and manages these outreach efforts, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the programmes and projects across the four community galleries. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to project/programme planning and scheduling, budgeting, procuring relevant services, and coordinating associated vendors.
- Build and strengthen stakeholders’ relations and engagements with various stakeholders such as docents, community lenders, vendors, public and private organisations related to the community galleries.
- Analyse and assess the impact of the outreach programmes and projects.
- Seek out possible outreach partnership opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the arts and culture industry, with a background in Business/Arts Management, History, Arts, or a combination of related training is preferred.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess strong negotiation, project and time management skills.
- Meticulous, organised and has a strong stakeholder management skill.
- Resourceful, strategic and a good problem solver. Able to work in a team as well as independently.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when necessary.
