**What You'll Do**:
We're looking for a **Talent Acquisition Partner** **to join our **People** team** **in **Singapore**.**

**What will I be doing?**

In this role, you'll be a strategic and end-to-end hands-on talent partner, with the mission to attract and hire talents for various teams including Sales, Operations, and more. You'll be working closely with the local People Team Manager as well as hiring leaders, to liaise and collaborate on the recruitment efforts. You'll also help the larger Talent Acquisition team with initiatives such as events, branding, interview training, reporting and process improvements.
- Partner with People Team Manager and hiring leaders to define role requirements and interview processes
- Continuously maintain and develop best practices
- Leverage recruiting data to drive insights and improvements across the recruiting team
- Collaborate with People's Team to support strategic initiatives such as employer branding and diversity & inclusion

**What will I bring?**
- 3-4 years recruiting experience
- including sourcing and interviewing
- Solid familiarity with the APAC recruitment market
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior organizational skills and ability to multi-task and produce high volume pipelines under tight deadlines
- Proven sourcing expertise including knowledge and experience with recruitment/sales tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and social media networking
- Ability to drive insights and process improvements from data
- Familiarity with Greenhouse - preferred but not required
